Indoor only neon products: 24 month manufacturer warranty, twice the industry standard. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects or faulty electrical components. In the rare case your sign was damaged during transit, Viva Neon needs to be made aware with photo & video evidence within 14 days of receiving package. Resolution varies depending on damage occurred.
Water resistant neon products: 6 month manufacturer warranty. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects or faulty electrical components when used appropriately under a covered space protected from rain & other water exposure. In the rare case your sign was damaged during transit, Viva Neon needs to be made aware with photo & video evidence within 14 days of receiving package. Resolution varies depending on damage occurred.
Outdoor (weather proofed) neon products have been discontinued as of 08/02/2021. Purchases prior to this date will be honored under a 12 month manufacturer warranty. Warranty covers only faulty electrical components or manufacturing defects.
Viva Neon bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hard wired, Viva Neon takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign. If your sign has been hardwired in by an electrician it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under our warranties (Indoor or Water resistant).

All sales are final. We can issue a replacement neon for faulty products covered under the manufacturer warranty.

It’s rare but if your sign is damaged, appears faulty, or just not working please contact Viva Neon immediately. We will require both video and photo(s) for diagnostic and troubleshooting purposes. If you are not able to provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem then our ability to resolve your issue will be limited. Once we have received all of the required information we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue.
